Don’t forget to take your Shopping Guide with you during all shopping trips! 7. If you are not using all the food listed on your vouchers, please tell the WIC Nutritionist.

Day 1 Training - USDA
For sick leave, doctor’s note is required before or after a weekend, day-off, holiday, or more than 2 days sick. Annual leave less than 40 hours must be submitted 48 hours before requested off date. Annual leave more than 40 hours must be submitted one week before date. Leave without pay needs to be submitted one (1) week before the start date.
