i have had them since 2006 on and off and it always happens, the price *** over 4 months my bill went from $72 up to $122. i call in and they tell me ohh you had discounts and coupons but they have expired now. load of ***. i call in and get horrible customer service from "sophia". not a way to win customers over.

Directv - Direct TV and Verizon bundles beware Nov 17

Called and was told credits would come in movie coupon form of $4.99 and $5.99, after two to three billing cycles, which is lumped with my AT&T bill. Fourth cycle now and no coupons, credits. When I called the first time the rep couldn't even find the offer, it took some time then she gave me the two to three billings spin.
